- Electrical panels, fixtures, switches and receptacles.
- Accessible plumbing systems such as fixtures and water heaters.
- Heating and air conditioning systems.
- General interior, including walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors.
- Attic framing, insulation and ventilation.
All Inspection Reports include color photo's of deficiencies. Reports are delivered by e-mail the same day as the inspection.
